To make a reservation, the following information must be sent:
Personal Information:
- First and last names.
- Passport number or ID document.
- Nationality.
- Date of birth.
- If you are a student, send a copy of your student ID (accepted up to age 26).
- Any other important information we should be aware of.
Additional Information:
Confirmation of this excursion will be issued once the corresponding payment has been made.
For groups: it is possible to deposit 50% of the total package to confirm the services, with the remaining 50% due 1 month before the excursion.
The package cost does not include tips or exceptions.
Excursions are operated in Spanish or English.
Travel Voucher:
For each excursion/service you have booked, our reservations office will issue you, within 8 days of your arrival in our country, an electronic voucher/receipt, which you must print and present when starting the tour/service.
Payment Methods:
Peru Viajes y Excursiones offers the following payment methods.
1. Through our bank accounts in Peru.
Please note that all extra costs due to transaction or bank fees must be paid directly by the client. Keep in mind that when making a deposit from abroad, your bank will add extra charges for the transaction. Consult info@peruviajesyexcursiones.com about this payment method.
2. Through WESTERN UNION. Another payment method is through Western Union.

3. Through VIRTUAL POS
Once your transaction has been completed, PERU VIAJES Y EXCURSIONES will send you, within 24 hours, an electronic receipt confirming all requested services.
Cancellation Policy:
- 1 day before the start of the excursion/service: 100% cancellation fee.
- Between 2 and 7 days before the start of the excursion/service: 75% cancellation fee.
- Between 8 and 15 days before the start of the excursion/service: 50% cancellation fee.
- Between 16 and 30 days before the start of the excursion/service: 25% cancellation fee.
- More than 30 days before the start of the excursion/service: 15% cancellation fee.
Liability:
PERU VIAJES Y EXCURSIONES is committed to offering all necessary services and care during our operations, to avoid accidents or loss of personal belongings, and will employ only qualified professional staff. We accept responsibility for actions committed only by our own personnel.
PERU VIAJES Y EXCURSIONES does not, however, accept responsibility for any action or event that is unpredictable or unavoidable.
PERU VIAJES Y EXCURSIONES is not responsible for bad weather conditions, accidents, physical injury, loss of personal belongings, natural disasters, extra costs, strikes, etc. It is each client’s responsibility to have insurance covering any of these events. PERU VIAJES Y EXCURSIONES reserves the right to modify or cancel the program in the event of any of the aforementioned unpredictable events. In the case of Adventure Tourism, before starting the tour, participants must sign a liability waiver accepting the risks involved.
